I know how scary and overwhelming change feels like.

What is the Time commitment on a weekly basis?
You will have a 10 minute video to watch and a resource booklet that I recommend giving yourself 1 hour over the course of the week to touch in with. You will also have a 1 hour group coaching call.
Will In have to follow a restrictive diet?
The whole ethos of this programme is to fit into your everyday life. Where changes are made to what you are eating there will be meal planners, shopping lists and recipes provided to make this as simple as possible for you.
What if I have already tried every diet and exercise plan going?
